This is a casual and delicious Japanese restaurant. The miso soup was just right on a cold, rainy night. The tofu appetizer was served hot and was cooked perfectly. The sushi was fresh and also perfectly prepared. We will return. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If I could give this a zero I would. This restaurant owes me $30. I ordered food and paid for it through their website. I got there and they told me they could not make my role with soy paper (every other sushi place makes it for me and they have the paper, he showed it to me). They told me to pick something else and gave me options. I said I ordered that option (from the list) so what’s the issue? They said no I can’t make it. So I asked for a refund. They told me they can’t give me a refund. Thy said “You have to go through the app”. I told them I ordered through your website, not an app. They said call the number. I called the number and their phone rang. They refused to give me a refund. They told me I need to call my credit card company and have it canceled. It doesn’t work like that! I paid $30 and got zero sushi. The entire time the man was smiling while telling me that he wasn’t giving me my money back. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Service: 1 Dietary restrictions: I cannot have seaweed and needed my food cooked and they refused to wrap my food in soy paper, even though they had it and showed it to me and told me to pick from a list of options, of which my order was one of those options. Makes no sense.

I’ve had really really good Sushi and so I generally am scared to try the average strip mall sushi..... I must say Sushi Teriyaki exceeded my expectations. Not your average fast and affordable sushi. Excellent roll selection, well made with fresh ingredients. We also ordered the vegetable tempura. Al though it was almost all sweet potato, would have preferred a little more variety, it was also most excellent, with a tasty but not super sweet dipping sauce. If we lived in the area we’d definitely be back when in the mood for a quality but quick bite.
