They don't offer straws. No fountain drinks offered. The lady rolled her eyes at me and basically threw my food at me. They didn't give me any napkins. Food is made with low quality ingredients. Chips are store bought but the salsa is fine. Used to love this place. Tried it again after months and it ruined my day. Avoid.

Can’t even make a Quesadilla correctly. This location is by far the worst. Very stingy on ingredients and even took out fountain drinks.

This location of Burrito Jimmy is located inside the Plaza of the Americas on the lower level near McDonalds. They open for breakfast and lunch Monday thru Friday. If you're not familiar with this fast food restaurant chain they are a small scale version of Freebirds or Chipotle. They have lots of options and the prices are actually fair for the amount of food you get. The food is always fresh and tastes great. The employees are nice but often times their service line can be a bit chaotic. From the first person who gets your tortilla and meat, to the next who heats and adds cheese, to the person who does veggies and toppings, finally to the cashier. Again everyone here is nice and professional it just sometimes gets a bit crazy in the middle. I would recommend eating here if you're in the area and wanting a burrito!
