If I wanted a pizza or kebab yummies would be my go to , but tonight I had a awful experience, (while working in a food shop myself I understand that getting complaints is frustrating but you always offer the customer a alternative)the first time I called and placed my order it came after a hour , everything was fine except the cheesy chips was missing , then to go and eat a bit of the pizzas to only find out that they where burnt completely on the bottom , called them and explained the situation the man on the phone was understanding and agreed to send us out a replacement meal ,, when said replacement meal arrived the cheese pizza was undercooked you could feel the dough and when taking a bite of it to only realise the pizza hadn’t been cooked all the way , then the meat feast could pass of as a cheese pizza , the sauce was watery and the amount of grease was appalling and also found a hair on the said meat pizza ,, called the shop once again and apologised for calling yet again as I understand that it is frustrating only to be spoken to like crap , got told that it was just me that had a issue and nobody else ever complains and got shouted at ,ended the call ,, delivery driver shows up and wow shocking , takes the food then demands the chips but as we explained to the restaurant the was nothing wrong with the chips except them being missing the first time , driver insisted on inspecting the food , said there was nothing wrong with the “meat”pizza and got told the the cheese pizza was cooked fine ,, I really wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone , if you can’t take criticism then you shouldn’t be working in a food shop! Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place is now closed tried ordering on Food Hub but showing as closed for the last 2 weeks and their website not taking orders either
