Our go to takeaway! Always lovely food, delivered fast, I always leave notes as im a little fussy with how my food is cooked and they do it everytime! customer service is also brilliant. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered chips and cheese the cheese was completely off!! Ordered 2 burger meals along with nuggets completely vile burgers was really small bread really hard wasn’t happy at all got offered store credit when I won’t be ordering again £43 worth of food. Food: 1 Order type: Take out

Never usually have problems but today changes that, I ordered for food to come at 17:45 yet it didn’t arrive until 18:25 my pizza box was soggy and had little cheese on not only that but it smelt and tasted of fish when that wasn’t on my food it was on my partners so there’s no reason as to why mine should smell and taste this way it also wasn’t as warm as fresh food should be, upon ringing the store the woman who claims she’s the manager is extremely rude. Very little telephone etiquette and kept trying to tell me I was incorrect and untruthful in what I was saying. We spent £60 on this food for the majority to go in the bin, I have reported this to food standards as clearly cross contamination has happened and that’s not okay. I called back upon seeing the response to be told all pizzas are cut with the same knife I said well they shouldn’t be and someone who claims again to be a manager said “okay cheers love Thankyou bye” not sure how this is a resolution in all fairness I have also tried to email with the photos etc but the email on your website is inactive. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Delivery Price per person: £20–30
