【Akasaka】 I went to "Akasaka Yuuga", a 3-minute walk from Tokyo Metro Akasaka Station. It has a clean and calm atmosphere for adults. [Appetizer] Shime mackerel off the coast of Choshi with ground sesame and ponzu sauce. The mild sourness and sesame aroma bring out the umami of the mackerel. [Appetizer] Charcoal-grilled firefly squid with boiled rape blossoms and bamboo shoots in miso. When I see bamboo shoots, I think it's spring. They're soft and fragrant. The umami of the firefly squid is condensed, and the cotton is rich and delicious. [Sashimi] Original tuna lean Icelandic mountain egg yolk sauce Red sea bream Choshi offshore cherry blossom salted rice malt This clam Aichi salt sudachi Isaza Saga Odori Eating Tuna from Ireland. Karasumi on top of the yam egg yolk sauce. When I went to Taiwan before, I bought Karasumi and ate it on the spot. The umami of the tuna and the umami of the mullet roe have a synergistic effect! I ate clams for the first time because I'm not good at clams. I timidly ate it while thinking about it, and it was covered with sudachi, and it was like crunchy. I could feel the sweetness and ate it all. Looking at the menu, I was looking forward to eating Isaza's dance. A translucent body is beautiful. The isaza released into the soup will drink the soup as it swims and become even more delicious. Half of it was swallowed as it was, half of it was chewed. Is it moving in your stomach? grinning [Special dish] Bomb roll It was wrapped in nori, so I wanted to stick my cheeks in one bite, but I couldn't open my mouth that big. The rich umami and sweet taste of the sea urchin, the scent of the sea that blends with the rice, and the seaweed do a great job. I can imagine that it must have been exposed to a lot of sunlight. When I closed my eyes, I felt like I was in the sea. [Boiled] Wagyu Beef from Kagoshima, Boiled in a Mixed Soup with Beef Bone and Seafood The mixture of meat and fish is entwined, and the taste of the meat and the tongue melts in your mouth. [Fried food] Seasonal tempura crystal salt The bitterness of cod buds, kogomi, and Japanese wild vegetables leaves a nice aftertaste. Slightly pink white flesh of mackerel, fluffy and crispy. It's perfectly fried. The oil is refreshing and you can eat a lot. The pink pepper adds a beautiful color and widens the range of flavors. [Grilled dish] Charcoal-grilled Kuroge Wagyu beef with spring vegetables Kuroge Wagyu Beef Ichibo, about 1.5 cm thick. The meat is cooked to medium-rare, just right, and the sweetness when you bite into it goes well with the smooth rock salt. [Meal] Hanachirashi Soup I could have chosen nigiri-kashirashi, but there was crab in it, so I chose hana-chirashi. The eye was drawn to the colorful, luxurious sea delicacies. [Dessert] Fruit and ice cream Black soybean flour ice cream. The smell of soybean flour is very nice. Contains large black beans. Persimmon leaf tea. I really like this device. It was so delicious here! If you use a coupon for the omakase course (10,000 yen), you can get a 3,000 yen discount until May 31, 2020 to commemorate the opening! Highly recommended!
