From top to bottom. This was one of the best all around restaurant experiences I've ever had. From the owner Aliyah, to the staff to the actual food, and everything in between. Top tier quality and service. Now... for the food, listen..... If you think you want to try it... do it.... if you're getting it to go and only order one? Don't.... trust me.. get two.... I am back home in Jacksonville and wish I had gotten 3, and I also witnessed two grown man shed a tear while eating this.... me and my party ordered the chicken caesar sandwich.. literally took one bite. And walked back up to the counter to order another one for the road.... we all ordered the lemon pepper tuna.... walked back up after trying it and got another one for the road.... I am not over exaggerating on how good these sandwiches are. Don't play yourselves... big ups to "Zaddys". Yall are killing it. Hands down best cold sandwich I've ever had. Bar none.. If you want a delicious Ceasar salad sandwich... it's great. However there is a guy with short hair working with a taller man with longer hair. Taller guy was great and working hard on the food. Shorter guy taking orders.. unsure why. Customer service isn't is strong area. Barely made eye contact. I had to ask if I could order... he just stands there and stares and acts like you're bothering him. Every question or inquiry is a major inconvenience for him. I almost wondered if there was something terribly wrong with him. Even picking up my food when he called my name he acted like he hated me. It was just really really awful to say the least. Regardless- I tipped him. But I've had better food service at McDonald's. I am concerned something is very seriously wrong or he doesn't want to be there. The sandwich was phenomenal but based off his odd behavior alone... I will never be returning unfortunately or recommending this place. Just a very unpleasant exchange... for what reason? I don't know. He acts like he hates his job and every customer that "bothers" him aka asks him to order their food. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Zaddy’s is located in Politan row at Colony Square. If you walk into the food hall it is in the back right corner. You place your order at the register and when your food is ready they call your name out. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad sandwich, the bread pudding and my friend ordered the tuna melt . The food came out fresh and did not take a long time to be prepared. I enjoyed every bite of my sandwich. It was flavorful and the portion size was great. Essentially you can eat 1/2 of the sandwich and save the other half for a second meal. Now the bread pudding was a disappointment. It was dry and lacked flavor, I would not recommend. My friend enjoyed her tuna melt, the only feedback she had was that the press did not allow for the inside of the sandwich to be warm. She thought the entire sandwich would be warm. I will be back for the chicken Caesar salad sandwich for sure !! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
