Yooo! First time trying Zalat Pizza and it was delish! Crispy outer crust, quality toppings! This is more of a get it to go kinda spot so the inside is nothing special, stack of pizza boxes lines the wall. Great spot to grab some grub before or after you rock out at South Side Ballroom. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I used to always go to the Fitzhugh location, which was very welcoming and where I never had a single problem. I’ve recently been coming to this location instead, and the customer service is NOT comparable at all. Today, I went to pick up my pizza at the outside window, and a worker told me to go inside. Once I was inside, I was completely ignored by that same employee. I was just left standing there waiting for help. Two Dashers walked in after me and were helped right away, even though I was clearly there first. The customer service here is definitely not the best. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The girl with the braces was such a great vibe! I wasn’t able to get her name because I was in a rush but she has hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced from a pizza place!
