I’m a regular buyer at this Zambrero over the past 5 years. Only ever had one issue before. Today, I purchased 2 Regular bowls and the quantity provided for the chicken + rice was beyond pathetic, it was literally less than that of a small bowl. It’s not possible to watch the preparer like a hawk each time, still I had to request extra onion & tomatoes for the bowl. Pity i hadn’t noticed the tiny chicken & rice portions before. Feel massively ripped off, looks like proper training isn’t being provided. There should not be so much variation in quantity depending on who makes it. Have never had such issues at Subway, Mad Mex or Guzman Y Gomez. Had to literally order KFC afterwards. Called Zambrero back to offer the same feedback, was only offered 50% discount on the next bowl, when a free bowl should have been offered. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
