Skuze Me hace 7 meses en Google

I pulled through the drive-through one evening for to take already about four minutes for them to take my order. Once I pull around to the window and pay for my order, I received the drinks and they asked me to pull up so I can get off their timer. I pulled up and waited 25 minutes. When my food didn’t come, I walked back in and demanded a refund. Here comes the coworker from out side now walking back in with my food. Horrible service, and on top of that the chicken wings were undercooked and the french fries were undercooked like hell. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

DISAPPOINTED hace 5 años en Restaurant Guru

Stop there yesterday, ( Sunday 09/19/21 ). Ordered a Zalad, the guy on the other end who took my order was so Rude that I almost just pulled out of line and left, but I decided to stay in line, because I wanted him to know what I thought about his service.
When I did get to the window, there was a girl at the window who proceeded to give me my food and I stopped her and told her I did not want it, and I told her : I don't know who the guy was that took my order, but he was very Rude, and I told her to give it to him and tell him to eat it .
I said it loud, because the guy that took my order and several other employees were behind this girl at the window , and I was sure he was the one, and I wanted him to hear me .. Not sure if he was standing there with managers of the restaurant or not, but I wanted them all to know what I was thinking.
It has been a while since I've been to this restaurant, mainly because of the long lines, but now it will be a long time if ever before I go back again .
This guy is apparently in the wrong profession, and they definitely don't need him taking orders at the drive thru !!
