This was THE WORST experience I've ever had at any restaurant. I might sound like a 'Karen' but it's absolutely unacceptable how I was treated. We were passing through the town and I decided to pick myself up some Zaxby's for dinner so I ordered myself the traditional wings meal. I went next door to Arby's and my husband got his meal. We parked after about 5 minutes since getting my food and wanted to eat real quick. Honestly, my food was ice cold and my wings were 'slimmy' and the toast was so hard you couldn't even break it and the fries were soggy and cold. I took one bite and decided to return the meal that I just paid $13 for. I walked in with the entire box of food and the receipt. I spoke to the kid at the register who had to get his assistant manager and I told her politely what happened and asked for a refund. She proceeded to tell me she seen nothing wrong with the meal and held the receipt in my face and said 'Well you ordered this at 5:05 and it's now 5:35 so of course it's cold' I told her the same story and I was waiting for my husband to finish eating his meal but mine was cold when I first ordered it. She said 'fine I'll refund you but where's the tea that came with the meal?' I told her it was actually good tea so I kept it but I would go get it and bring it in. She said 'No! You already drank it and we can't accept back so I'll deduct the price of the drink from the refund' and she refunded me $10. I will NEVER return. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
