The food was great and the service was outstanding!! Trinity, the manager, went over and above to help me. She was so kind! I was also helped by two sweet employees, Onna and Kylee. I was so impressed that I asked for names. :) I will absolutely be back soon! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I eat Zaxby’s in Clanton constantly. And honestly, it’s usually very good. This time, though, it was absolutely terrible to the point that I’m afraid I’m going to be sick. I got the chicken bacon ranch wrap and my wife got the Cobb Salad, and let me tell you, the cucumbers on both tasted like straight up cleaning chemicals. Everything the cucumbers touched tasted like Lysol at best and bleach at worst. My wife was able to pick out the cucumbers before they contaminated the whole salad, whereas my wraps were completely ruined. I was very appalled, because again, I eat there all the time and I expect superior quality food for the price I pay. This will be a temporary one star food review, I will order the exact same thing again on Monday; giving them the chance to rectify their mistakes, assuming I don’t get sick. The service on the other hand is always top notch. I even got called about my online order wondering if two smaller soft shells were a good substitute for one full sized tortilla. The employees are always phenomenal, I just hope the food error was a one time mistake. I look forward to editing this review to a five star. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
