Sooooooo, I go to this Zaxby on my lunch break, and I've never had an issue before. Orders are always hot and fresh and 'delishhhhshuss.' But today, I didn't grab my lunch at my regular 12 o'clock, I waited until after work. No line, no waiting. However, after today, I prefer the wait. I ordered a grilled Cobb Salad, ranch dressing, and a coke. I said, 'hey let me try those dry rub Nashville hot chicken tenders,' she asked how many, I said 5. She reads my order back. I gets to the window, I give her my card, she hands me a salad, and then gives my card back. Closes the window. Nothing. So I wait. She opens the window after seeing me looking at the receipt and ask did I need something else, and I'm all confused because you read my whole order back to me. Still studying my receipt, I say "I'm coming in." There is nothing on my receipt but a salad. Nothing else. So I go in and get the rest of my order that got lost between me speaking it thru the mic and her comprehending it. I get home, take my salad out and there's this small container of something. I hold it up and look at it and then I realized she'd given me the dry rub seasoning. So,... Why do I feel slow? Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

ordering food was great, but the quality of the food compared to other Zaxbys is VERY lack luster, the drink machines are all set on the wrong mixes, and the tea tasted stale and old Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

They're pretty nice. The food is what you'd expect. It's usually never crowded inside or in the drive through. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
