Lack of care is painfully obvious the moment you walk into this restaurant. The floor was filthy, with French fries, plastic wrappers, and used utensils scattered throughout the dining area. I couldn’t find a single clean table to sit at, and chairs were randomly scattered around the room. The lack of professionalism was also noticeable. Team member attire was inconsistent, ranging from an older gentleman in a gray T-shirt, shorts, and sunglasses on his head, to another employee in a Zaxby’s T-shirt, and a young lady in a polo shirt. The drink station appeared as though it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Syrup was splattered everywhere, covered in fingerprints, and generally looked neglected. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t any better. It arrived only lukewarm, and the fries tasted old and stale. This was my second visit in three weeks, and the conditions were virtually identical both times. Based on these experiences, I don’t expect there will be a third visit. I’m honestly surprised by the 4.7-star Google rating. The 2.7-star Yelp rating seems much more reflective of what I’ve experienced. 5/24/2026 3:35 PM Greeneville tenn. Store. My wife and I patronized the Greeneville Tenn. Store Andrew Johnson Hwy. Today,5/24. Service was quick with no real issues. When I attempted to find a "clean" table,that however was a whole different issue. There was not a clean table in that store. The floor was even nasty and cluttered with used napkins and plastic from the utensil wrappers. Food came out quickly. We cleaned ourselves off a table,and sat down to eat. My wife,ordered a salad. Cucumbers were bitter tasting,unripe,and thus,uneatable. She brushed them to the side excluding them from her meal. Otherwise,she tells me her food was afterwards,acceptable. Now..on too my food..wings and things with an extra side of toast..bbq for sauce..traditional. worst damn plate of food I've ever had from zaxbys. Not one piece of chicken INCLUDING the strips was "fresh". In fact,I took the food back..and they gave me more chicken. IT TOO,WAS NOT FRESH. THE WINGS WERE AS ROCKS. the strips .were eatable,but tough. MAJOR $25.87 DISAPPOINTED. As I was leaving,I addressed the "manager" on duty and expressed my disappointment. She was basically "unconcerned ". I'm not a chef nor am I in the know on food prep and sustainable time frames..but this food..WAS VERY OBVIOUSLY OLD AND NOT FRESH. WHEN YOU CANT CHEW THE FOOD UP AND HAVE TO SPIT IT OUT..SOMETHING IS WRONG. COULD IT BE THAT MAYBE..JUST MAYBE..ITS TIME FOR A STATE MANDATED INSPECTION OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT. DINING OUT IS EXPENSIVE ANY WAY YOU LOOK AT IT..MY MONEY IS HARD TO COME BY..IM NOT INTERESTED IN GIVING IT TO AN ESTABLISHMENT THAT HAS NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION INTERESTS. ZAXBYS IN GREENEVILLE TENN. NEEDS TO CHANGE THEIR GAME. BEFORE SOMEONE GETS SICK. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Worst service and the boss is rude we never get a receipt for what we ordered he told me to come and throw it in the trash. These people should be wrote up and always give a recipt to everyone. He just laughed it off we got the wrong order and then come back after we complained to throw it outside in the dumpster while he watched they will never get our money again the food is just awful now
