I went through the drive through and asked for ranch and zax sauce with my meal. When I received my food I asked if all of the sauce was in the bag and I was told it was. Before I left, I checked the bag and there was only one sauce in the bag even though they told me all of them had been put in there. The fries were soggy, not seasoned and bland. I got the signature sandwich and it didn’t even have the pickles on it which are supposed to come on it without having to ask. I do not go to this zaxbys very often but when I do I never have a great experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 3

I should have know when I pulled in tbe parking lot and saw half lot filled with cars with their lights on that there was going to be a problem. When we finally got through the line to pay, we were told to pull into a parking spot. 25min later, we finally got our food. The food itself was decent, but it looked like everything was just thrown in there. It makes no sense why it should have taken so long, especially when no diners were inside. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
