I placed an order online at 10:24pm and arrived at 10:36pm and told to park and someone would bring it out. At this location expect to wait 20-30 minutes in general but tonight 40 minutes went by and I was asked if I had been given food. Then the person comes back out saying they don’t have any traditional or boneless wings and don’t know how to refund my online Apple Pay so can try to put enough in the bag to try to make up the cost difference. I basically got a bag of “y'all play to much” at exactly 11:25. I order traditional wings and things and cheesecake bites. What I got since there was no wings was a bunch of chicken tenders and pieces that seemed to be cooked and or found at a variety of times throughout the day, some over cooked twiced cooked pieces and a hunk of chicken tenders that had been cooked in a ball that looked like a breast but when you peeled them apart it was white doughy barely cooked and actually 4 tenders balled up together and cooked. My fries were soggy and not fully cooked, the cheesecake bites cooked in similar fashion to the chicken ball I received and had light undercooked spots from being cooked while stuck together and they forgot the dipping sauce for the bites so I didn’t eat those either. I want a refund and tonight I went on the site and complained as well because this is ridiculous. My dr.pepper was good and given in a timely manner for a fast food restaurant so this location may need to only sale sodas and water.
