We brought a softball team in to this location on May 9th, 2026. The entire staff was so helpful and pleasant. The manager made sure everyone was taken care of in a timely manner, the food was hot and the customers service was great. I know sometimes when we go other places, the staff is reluctant to see a large group come in. But that was not the case here. I can’t give enough thanks to the fine folk at the Mebane Zaxbys. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We arrived to a mostly empty restaurant and placed our order as we were the only ones at the counter. Long story short, it took 31 minutes for our food to be ready. Before I could say anything the lady handing me the food also handed me a full refund and apologized. She saw the issue and handled it on her own. I didn't catch her name but she saved a customer with exemplary customer service. If she's not a manager she needs a promotion Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

2nd chance here, why do I bother ? I paid for two fresh, well‑made salads, and what I received looked rushed, uneven, and nowhere near the quality Zaxby’s advertises. The portions were off, the presentation was sloppy, and honestly, it felt like zero care went into preparing the meal. If I’m spending my money, I expect the food to match the standard your brand claims to uphold. This missed the mark completely. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
