Came 4 minutes before close and was refused service and told they did not want to take my business even though they were still open. Horrible guest service and no regard to serve while their store is in open hours. Service: 1

Sucks to get home and open the bag to find out that they forgot every single dipping sauce we requested… the receipt even has a “Sauce Summary” to help them know what sauces to put in the bag… UPDATE 9/27: Decided to try Zaxbys again and ordered on the app. Got an overpriced quesadilla and a shake for my drink. Waited a while in the drive thru and got to the window for them to say that they aren’t serving shakes right now.. Dropping to a 1 star…. Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
