Definitely the worst experience I've had at this zaxbys. To start the skinny blonde girl who was managing the drive thru window would not say youre welcome to me after i said thank you to her multiple times while she handed me drinks, proceeded to cop an attitude when i said "THANK YOU" making it obvious what i was trying to get at. I sit and wait for my food to be brought out to me only to find out that they have given me the wrong sweet tea i ordered peach they gave me regular so i brought it back in there to them only to find out that the reason why i was given regular tea is because they needed to fill the peach tea filling back up and clearly didnt want to. I get my tea fixed and wait on the order. Finally get home just to find out 2 of the 3 food orders i put in were completely wrong. SO i call the store to make it right, i press 4 for a customer service rep and guess what? It automatically disconnects, theres no way to reach out to the store to get this remedied so I had to call CORPORATE AND LEAVE A FORMAL COMPLAINT AND LET HIGHER MANAGEMENT RESOLVE THIS FOR ME. Seriously if you dont wanna be at your job dont take it out on people who are just trying to be nice and thank you for what youre doing, and dont be blatantly rude and not say youre welcome back. And if you wanna screw up peoples food orders cause you clearly dont care? Find another job. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We waited 30 minutes for just 2 simple sandwiches, manager was completely horrible, probably will not be coming back. And mind you, while we were waiting for our food there were at lease 5 people who came in, ordered, and got their food before we even got ours, when we walked in there were about 5 people in there, when we left there were 10 maybe 15 people there who had their food, worst service ever. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
