I am so pissed. I have been coming here for a long time for food and drinks after work. Today me and my friend were sitting back at a table on FaceTime and some guy came and said we needed to turn the volume down or take the call outside. We said this is a bar and a public space so no. Meanwhile this man is sitting with a couple With an infant at the bar that starts crying. Like am I missing something I can’t talk on the phone but a baby can cry at the bar? He started getting so creepy and confrontational and approached us saying we are white trash and fat. I went to the bar twice to tell the bartender I was Uncomfortable and ask for a manager and she stated there was no manager. They said oh that guy is just a harmless regular. I’m sorry but you should be able to go get a bite to eat and some drinks without being accosted by a “harmless regular”. I will not be back here again.

Zeno's is THE spot. The food is fantastic; yet to find a bad thing on the menu! Highkey best wings in Columbus. Drink deals are great and the service is fantastic. 11/10 highly recommendUpdating mid-covid: Zeno's is the gold standard for managing a neighborhood restaurant during a pandemic. They make you feel safe, but welcome, and enforce the mandates as intended. The service hasn't skipped a beat and I think the food is even better. New favorite: Pickle Fries. 12/10
