Usually when we go to zips, the food is great and warm but we went through the drive through and ordered an Oreo and recees hurricane, all of the Oreo and recees was at the bottom. We proceeded to ask if it was blended and the gentleman said it was.. we later checked and it was not. It was like a vanilla shake with candy at the bottom we couldn't reach. The middle of the corn dog was room temperature and we only live a minute away And the outside of the corndog was stale. We didn't even eat it because it was distasteful. I will say my blackberry shake was wonderful but I am so disappointed about the food and hurricane, which we spent 33 dollars on. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I wandered into this Zip’s at an hour when no one should reasonably be awake. The vibes were good and the fry sauce was flowing. The place is open 24 hours, so I would return at 4am, noon, midnight, or whenever the universe tells me it’s time for more fry sauce. God, I love the fry sauce. I also like the milkshakes here too. Once, I even put fry sauce into my milkshake. It's a terrible idea, don't do it. 10/10 Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section Vegetarian options: there's like salad and milkshakes (don't put fry sauce in them) Dietary restrictions: My diet is now restricted to fry sauce

Came into Zips at 6:15 a.m. this morning ordered breakfast with my co-workers only two of them we waited over a half hour still never received our food. When we originally arrived there was only three guests in the dining area all drinking coffee. We never did receive our food we had to cancel our order and leave because it had taken so long and we needed to get to work. We watched food go out the drive-thru window and food go to other customers that walked in after we had came in this Zips will not be getting our business again
