Dang. That was the worst eating experience and uncomfortable feeling I’ve ever had in Spokane. I honestly felt like I needed to apologize for changing things on my hamburgers. They were so rude and irritated at me for wanting no ketchup extra pickles and onion on my burger like what the heck. I thought oh maybe both of the girls I. The front were having a bad day or they just had a situation in the back that I didn’t see ? But then an older and clearly more wealthier family comes in and these ladies were so nice it was hard to watch how these ladies would treat us this way minutes before helping another family with so much respect kindness and cheerful tones of voices and body language ? Maybe it’s because they have a tip jar on the front counter and we clearly looked like we had the money than them? All I know is that my family will not be eating at this place again as long as those disgusting minded people work there. I feel totally disrespected and embarrassed.
