Tourists Beware - This was our first time visiting this restaurant. They are not transparent.They did not mention at all when they seated us the following issues. The first issue is they dont accept Cash, in our tired state of mind we missed a sign that noted they dont, However sign or no sign, what kind of restaurant does not accept cash, especially with the flucuating currency exchange rates around the world this could cost you more than expected. The second issue is their website state's kids eat free with Adult meal, that is not the case we were charged for it.The food was also subpar, we love pasta and have been to Italy, this not a great representation of Italian taste. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £40–50 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Our server, Tejaswini, was incredible. She was friendly and attentive without being fussy. Nothing was too much bother and she happily talked us through mocktails without making us feel that we were holding her back. The food was quick, hot and very tasty. We mixed a number of starters and side dishes which was plenty for lunch. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section Dietary restrictions: Previous dealings have been limited when seeking dairy-free( not vegan) but there is a better choice now

Great experience at Zizzi - Belfast Victoria Square! We were very well taken care of by Madison, who was attentive and efficient throughout our visit. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for excellent service and a nice dining experience! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
