Very tasty food. Top! Although the first course could come a little faster. We arrived at 6:30 PM and had the first entree just after 8 PM. We had already received bread and a snack. Furthermore, there was nothing to comment on the food and service. A lot myself! Price quality excellent! Will definitely come back! We had great expectations, but unfortunately what a disappointment. To start with, the service is very stiff and very impersonal. Older gentleman with glasses is very polite but couldn't smile, it all seemed so painfully forced. Tuna snack to share was served with croquettes which did not fit at all with the ball of wasabi nut from the tuna snack had no taste. Vitello back tasted like nothing. Duck liver was just slices from the package that everyone can put on a plate and the pate that was spread on the brioche was of no use because it made my sister nauseous. Steak tartare was made of super quality meat, beautifully cut, but it was a pity that we had to prepare it ourselves. Champagne was tasty and so was the wine. We had not had such substandard food in a long time. Shame. Small update: a few days later I receive a phone call to ask why I didn't say anything on the spot. I have shared here my personal experience to which I have every right after a bill of € 207 and did not want to ruin my evening for a single second and have a discussion. The fact that I respect your job is the €5 tip I left after a bad dinner. If I choose to profile myself under a nickname on social media, it certainly does not take away my credibility. My family and I had the pleasure of dining at Zuid55. We were all captivated with the luxurious décor and stylish excellence. The food was of high quality and fresh ingredients. The staff was also very professional, friendly and attentive. Fabulous job management! Thanks to the staff we had a memorable dining experience. We can't rave enough about this brand new restaurant! We will definitely come back.
