I'll start from the beginning of this terrible Sunday, I was indecisive about what to have, I asked him to recommend the main dishes and he didn't give me any advice, ok I take courage and order a trio of vegetables and a cheese plate, and so far we say everything is ok, then I get the skein with porcini mushrooms, and as I place the plate I notice a really big worm on it, I tell my husband and he calls the waiter, where he asks him to change my plate because there was a worm inside and that I don't want it I would have eaten, the boy appreciated our education, and in a hurry he takes the plate from me and takes it to the kitchen, after a minute I think the owner arrives, with an air of presumption and without apologizing, he insists saying that they didn't find him in the kitchen, and I was wrong, ok I ask if he'll make me the same dish without mushrooms because (let's say they would have come out of there) I start to eat and I realize that they really don't know what hygiene is, I get the second, I had chosen the fried cod, and at that point I documented it with videos and photos, since he would have said it wasn't true, do you want to know what was there??? A hair well stuck and fried inside, truly vomiting. The bill arrives and since I consider myself a lady I pay what is written €42 even if in their place I would have at least offered a coffee or I would have at least rounded it up, as a sign of apology, and to make the customer understand that these are things that happen without want but since they are presumptuous not even the shadow of an apology.
