Me encanta este restaurante!!! La atención es excelente, el servicio es bastante rápido aun cuando preparan de momento los platos. Recomiendo especialmente el arroz con pollo, la ensalada de zanahorias cocidas y la coliflor del menú vegetariano. Además, el ambiente es muy agradable, relajado y con una decoración impecable. We recently visited ABC Kitchens and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. As soon as we entered, we were warmly welcomed by the main manager, Mike, who was incredibly friendly and approachable. Paco was also fantastic and invited us to relax in the bar area and take our time with a drink, letting us know our dining table would be ready whenever we were ready to proceed. It created a very relaxed and enjoyable start to the evening. For starters, we began with the dosa served with coconut yoghurt, avocado, organic sprouts and a selection of chutneys including peanut, coriander and sambal. It was absolutely delicious and something I would highly recommend. We also had the bluefin tuna tartare and the heirloom beet carpaccio, both beautifully presented by Eli and it was full of flavour. For mains, we ordered our all-time favourite, the crackling fried herb-fed chicken. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting ABC Kitchens as the chicken is incredibly juicy, perfectly cooked and packed with flavour. We also tried the cheddar cheeseburger, which was equally delicious and very satisfying. Eli looked after our table throughout the evening and she was outstanding. She was warm, professional and took the time to explain each dish that was brought to our table. She was also very attentive, and whenever our water glasses were running low they were promptly refilled, which shows how much attention the team pays to their guests. Alexis was also very friendly and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well and whether we needed anything else. It made us feel very comfortable and showed how attentive the team is and how committed they are to providing excellent customer service. Overall, the food was outstanding and the service was truly top notch. You can really see the high standards this restaurant holds itself to and how dedicated the team is to creating a great experience for their guests.
