It was a bit of a roller coaster... The starter (dashi broth) was not of much interest, certainly a basic broth is a little bland but I think that the role of a gourmet is to add flavor where there is none... having myself been a cook in a gourmet restaurant I seriously wondered what the hell I was doing there And then the dish arrives and it puts my mind back in place, a pure delight, the balance of sauce and emulsion was perfect, the meat to be cut with a teaspoon, the vegetables perfectly cooked with real flavors, it was mad! And then the dessert arrives..(I think that it looks delicious but hey, it's the same dressing 3 times with a tuile on top, it's starting to be visually disappointing) And the big slap in the face: first delicious bite but I hadn't attacked the inside...unfortunately the balance of flavors between the chocolate cream and the exotic fruits was off in my opinion...the chocolate wasn't chocolatey enough it tasted like milk chocolate and it didn't go well with the exotic fruits (coconut and pineapple) which is a shame because each element separately was delicious In short, I gave 4 stars because it's 15/20 or 3.75, I won't come back but I wish good luck to the team in the hope that my comment will be read and heard Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €20–30 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Many customers came to congratulate us at the pass (open kitchen) last week on the quality of our menu and its price (25€). So Madam, what should I do?… Listen to you and change my cooking or keep my line of conduct and cook the cooking that I like. This is the role of a cook, to cook the food that he knows how to do and that he has learned. Sorry if you didn't like it. But maybe if one day you want to come back, you would be surprised...
