Used to love their food but last few times have had a pretty bad experience will not try again. My favorite used to be their smoothies but last couple times what I was handed was a cup of ground ice, the smoothie was so thick as not to be drinkable. I tried using a spoon but it was just ice not much flavor. Had to throw the whole thing out. I had even asked when ordering if they could make sure it was liquid not ice since I thought maybe someone was just not paying attention. So clearly service is terrible too. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Good burger and sweet potato fries. Helpful staff but u have to self order, confusing, I stood in line a while not realizing I had to go over and order on the computer. No fountain drinks was a disappointment and mostly Pepsi products in the cooler and the computer wouldn't scan my drink. Had to get help from a human

The food came out quickly however however none of it was good. The burgers were dry and burnt with no toppings and the fries were overcooked, dry and somehow entirely hollow on the inside. I've been to several other b.good locations outside of the airport and had excellent food, but at this location, at least the burgers and fries should be avoided at all costs.
