The unit had very steep stairs up to the 2 bedrooms. The bathroom is downstairs making it difficult for older people to move about at night. Older interior to unit but no issues. Bed very comfortable with lovely linens. The access to the beach and penguin nests was incredible. Unfortunately we didn't see penguins because of their moult cycle. The restaurant had a great selection and meals were great.

Not clean here. Don't stay there guys. Not worth it. Kitchen, living room and bathroom are not clean. Smelly

We’ve been visiting Diamond Island Resort for 7 years and love it every time. Perfect beachfront location, dog-friendly, with a pool and restaurant on site. The nightly penguin show is an absolute highlight!
