I had a really disappointing experience at the BP petrol station. My mates and I went there to buy a couple of Coke bottles. My friend walk in then he locked the door, so my other mate and I were knocking on the door while our friend went to try and press the green button to let us in to the store . While he was inside, the staff member called him over to the counter. My mate had grabbed two Coke bottles because we were planning to buy them, but the staff member immediately accused him of trying to steal them. Instead of letting him explain, he walked him out of the store. Then when my other mate walked in, the staff member actually put his hands on him and told him to get out, even though there was still a lady inside the store being served. We felt like we were treated very unfairly and with a lot of disrespect when we had every intention of paying. Because of the way we were treated, we left and went to the Caltex instead, where we bought the Cokes with no problems. Very disappointing service and we won’t be returning.
