Just called in for a Wild Bean. The lady who served us was most upbeat and friendly person we have met in a ling time. Pleasant and extroverted, she was a breath of fresh air. Used the amenities and they were the cleanest and well serviced I've also seen in a long time. The entire facility was excellent. Well done to the staff.

10/10 for customer service and 10/10 for coffee for Alison!! I actually felt sorry for her today as she was getting abused by 2 Indian guys but she handled herself really well and tried to explain to them that they couldn’t share their uber discount but they didn’t want to listen to her. She held her ground and didn’t lose her cool over the incident. Hopefully those 2 guys find somewhere else to go. The Pimpama BP is an awesome place to go to, clean store, best coffee and amazing customer service in the mornings from Alison and Aleshia.
