Fantastic range of creative cocktails inspired by international cocktail culture and elevated by unique Hokkaido spirits and fresh ingredients. Shin is a true expert of his craft and, especially if you benefit from an English menu/ service, Farben is a must-go in Sapporo. I hope to be back again in the future. Spectacular small, cozy cocktail bar. The drinks were both delicious and inventive, and the atmosphere was spot on. Shin, the bartender, was especially welcoming and took the time to explain each drink and even shared thoughtful recommendations for other cocktail bars in the city and my upcoming destinations. Highly recommended. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
