Visited for dinner on a weekday without a reservation. The restaurant wasn’t very busy and there were several empty seats, but we were still given counter seats, which honestly felt a little strange. The service and seating arrangement could have been handled a bit better. That said, the food itself was excellent. The menu is small, but very thoughtfully curated, and every dish we tried had amazing flavor. Since we were seated at the counter facing the open kitchen, we could watch the pizzas being made, which was really nice to see. Overall, the food definitely stands out and I’d still recommend visiting, especially if you appreciate quality over a huge menu. If you’re planning to visit on a weekend, it’s probably best to reserve ahead because the place fills up pretty early. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

We had a fantastic dinner here on our last night in Kobe. Pizzas and bolognese were excellent as were all the apps. Our server took great care of us and spoke English. Menus are in Japanese but easily solved with Google Translate. We got a same-day reservation through Tablelog for 6. Luckily because every table was full the whole time we were there.
