Thank you Miki and Erika. Been many places and restaurants but this is excellent - friendly service, delicious and simple food, seasonal dishes are fantastic, wines are good, ambience is good, not crowded and unpretentious !

Discovered this small Italian fusion restaurant last year and it has become my go to place whenever I am in Tokyo. I have been there 5 times and the menu was different each time my husband and I visited. Impeccable service from the 3 ladies working there. The female chef is from Okinawa who uses seasonal produce. She is always thoughtful and will split portion into two when she knows that we are sharing. Though the staff can't really speak English, we were still able to get by without difficulties. They are always friendly and accommodating. Ambience is cozy and warm. Food is excellent and we had always enjoyed it whenever we are there. Filo is open for dinner only. Some Sundays and Mondays are closed. Kindly check the opening hours on Instagram. Do make reservations especially on Saturdays.
