Quite an experience. Awesome food, waiters are fun, it's still relatively affordable - particularly for what you get - and it's the relaxed atmosphere that stands out. Take the 5 course menu and get yourself surprised. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €80–90

I’ve had my fair share of food and wine all across Europe, but nothing and I mean nothing, comes close to this place. We opted for the 5 course menu, which surprisingly meant 2 dishes per course, so 10 dishes total, for a grand total of €55. At that price, it felt like daylight robbery on my end; they were basically giving it away! And every single bite was good enough. The wine list was equally elite. They recommended a Austrian Pinot Noir that was wonderfully unique, the most herbalistic character I have ever had, and when I mentioned I’m a fan of Marcel Lapierre, they instantly dialed in on similar powerful and delicate at the same time kind if producer. To top it all off, service in Vienna can sometimes feel like a high-pressure tipping trap. But here? When the card reader popped up with the tip options, the owner literally took the wheel, said, "Ah, it is meaningless, let's just skip it," and bypassed the tip himself. The vibe, the food, the wine, the hospitality… finding this level of absolute perfection is rare not just in Europe, but anywhere in the world. A standout experience in Vienna—fantastic food, wine, and service. I visited Frigo yesterday evening with a group of friends, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. If you’re looking for a place that gets every detail right without feeling pretentious, this is it. The drinks alone are worth the visit. We had a brilliant Crémant de Loire and a fantastic Chablis—both were incredible and perfectly suited the evening. As for the food, the kitchen is doing serious work. Every dish was amazing in flavor, but the presentation was what truly set it apart. You can tell a lot of thought, technique, and care goes into every single plate before it hits the table. What tied the whole evening together was the service, which was highly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. Frigo is doing everything right. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, excellent wine, and top-tier hospitality. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
