Last night me and my friends came here for kebabs. The food was actually really good – the kebab and HSP were fresh, tasty, and definitely worth trying. Unfortunately, the customer service was not good at all. The girl who took our order was not welcoming from the start. We politely asked if she could wipe the table we wanted to sit at because it was dirty. Instead, she asked if we could sit at another table, but that table wasn't clean either. Since we were a group of four and the seating was more comfortable, we decided to stay where we were. When she finally came to clean the table, she just brushed all the rubbish, including receipts and food scraps, onto the floor and left it there. The area around our table stayed dirty. It also felt like she had an attitude just because we asked for a clean table. Her body language and tone came across as rude and unprofessional. The guy working there was friendly, helpful, and much better to deal with, so credit to him. The food was great, but customer service is a big part of the experience too. I don't mind waiting or if a place is busy, but basic politeness and cleanliness should be expected. Sadly, because of the service from that staff member, I don't think I'll be coming back. No good today. I've had kebab from here before and have been delicious. Today was horrible. Threw half in the bin. My mate had only a quarter. Order was wrong and the lamb was waaaay to salty. Gross . Chips were nice Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Tried a tempting variety from the menu at illest kebabs in their Mordialloc branch. The Crispy Chicken Burger had a satisfying crunch with a juicy centre while the Spicy Chicken Burger delivered a bold kick of flavour. The Sweet Chilli Chicken Wings were sticky, saucy and packed a sweet heat that lingered deliciously. Their Fish and Chips were fresh, golden and flaky inside and the Loaded Cheese Fries were the ultimate comfort food crispy, cheesy and indulgent. If you’re around, Illest Kebab is worth checking out. They’ve also got branches in Frankston and Scoresby, so you’re never too far from a flavour-packed meal. Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
