I've been visiting your shop regularly, and I've noticed a significant change in quality and taste since the new staff took over 2 weeks ago. The old staff used to make amazing kunafa, and I'm missing that. I hope you can address this issue soon, or you might risk losing loyal customers in future. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
