Sorry for your experience, but I'm a new veteran owned business and I clearly state on my website, social media, and this google business profile that I am NOT a dine in restaurant. And I don't have signage visible from the street because I'm not permitted to have it yet from the City of Reno, however I do have a signage visible in the parking lot where there is plenty of parking. I would encourage you to delete this review, as I can't control the fact someone misunderstands my business model after I've gone to great lengths to communicate it to the public. Rating me at 1-star based on these facts is trivial and damages my reputation unnecessarily.
