These workers specifically 2 were extremely rude when we had a mix up,rolling eyes, laughing in our faces and, just rude while asking if we had a mix up no explanation no nothing disgusting. Also they came up with attitude saying did u get a name on top of your French toast as soon as I open my mouth to say oh well he just walks away without saying anything or explaining why because when we got the order we was the message and I asked are u sure this is our ?? He replied yes and walked away so him coming later and just acting as if I committed a crime ?! RUDE I am so sad I am getting emotional thank you for ruining my whole day The mix up was specifically that we received our order which had “happy graduation name” and we asked if this was our order or someone else’s the worker brushed us off saying yes multiple times first strike. Ew. soon after the food was done the same worker approached us asking if we took the order with a name on it,but once we said yes the worker said there was a mistake. We tried to explain but, as soon as we tried he walked away without an explanation. EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Ruined the mood and our whole night. Please fix this unprofessionalism lost 4 costumers. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Amazing coffee with the great options of desserts which is freshly baked. Staff treatment is outstanding which adds to the experience specially the staff named Habeeb, top notch on customer service and explaining the coffee.
