I'm really not one to write fb reviews on places, but I had to make an exception for LX. I came here today with a buddy for lunch. While we were here they were slow (couple tables and a few people at the bar). We were seated at a booth near the kitchen. I ordered the clam chowder and the hoisen salmon. To start rolls were brought to us that were so hot it burnt my hand. Said rolls were also hard as a rock. The apps came out and my chowder was very good, but the waiter never came to see how anything was. Another employee took our plates and we did not see our waiter again until he brought the entrees. Upon cutting into my salmon, I noticed it was raw. I saw our waiter sitting at a booth on the other end of the establishment. 10 minutes go by then 20, never once did he come to ask if we needed anything or how the food was. My buddy finished his entire meal and sat another 5 minutes before the waiter came back. He looked at my non touched food and asked if I wanted a box. Now I don't think it takes a rocket scientist to see a meal with one bite taken to know something was wrong. I told him the temp. my salmon was prepared to was not right. He did not offer to remake it, or even ask if I wanted anything else for that matter. He did ask to have it removed from my bill, but now I am leaving hungry and pissed. He dropped the bill of and my buddy was paying with cc. After waiting another 10 mins and sick of sitting, he decided to pay cash. The only problem is all the cash he had on him gave the waiter a $1 tip. Sucks to suck I guess.
