Breakfast spread - large, excellent and ladies in waiting politely professional; dinner also OUTSTANDING with a huge menu. I found it awkward however that between these meals, a 4 star hotel has not only zero room service but only vending machines (beverages in flimsy plastic cups and chocolates). Their receptionist Frau Begu has very little sense of rendering service and flatly refused to provide solutions, instead looked me dead in the eye and proffered none. Sad. Pity that the gardens and general maintenance are neglected too - sagging, stained eaves and weed ridden unkempt hedges and lawns. The roses look very neglected. I would not give it 4 stars overall Service: 3
