Was I expected to reach through the window and grab my own drink? There were 2 girls working at the front today, and it was not busy at all. I was the only customer ordering at the window (not an online order). I ordered a strawberry matcha and gave my name, which I assumed was so they could call it out when it was ready. That’s usually how it works. Instead, no one called my name or announced that an order was ready. Instead of handing it to me she left it on the shelf for online pick up order. I didn’t want to be like oh that’s mines ? What if it wasn’t. What made the situation even more awkward was that I was literally standing right by the pickup window the entire time. After a while, it felt like they were looking at me as if I was being weird for standing there so long, when I was simply waiting for the drink I had ordered. I honestly don’t understand why no one could just hand me my drink. I wasn’t trying to hang around. I would have gladly grabbed my drink and left. Instead, I stood there for 10 minutes while my order sat on the shelf (inside) and the employees chatted and gave me an awkward stare when I glanced at them. Finally I gave in, I asked if my strawberry matcha was ready, and sure enough, it was the exact drink that had been sitting on the shelf the whole time inside the store . Again it’s not even busy and I was the only one ordering . What frustrates me isn’t that my drink sat there for 10 minutes. It’s that the two employees were busy chatting and giving me stares while I stood there waiting. If you’re going to ask customers for a tip, there should at least be some kind of service.

I pass by this place often and every time it’s always packed. That’s always a good sign! Finally I was able to try it out get me a table and not so many people. Service- attentive staff, well educated, fast and very nice. Food- fire! I enjoyed every bite, fried were season perfectly, the chicken had great taste and was dry, I don’t even like coleslaw but you have to try it out, so good and fresh! Definitely be back on my cheat day. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
