We were regular customers of Lunch Box in the past, but after a long time we visited again for dinner, and unfortunately this was one of our worst experiences. The restaurant atmosphere felt outdated and poorly maintained. The mixed platter was overly spicy, and both chicken gravies ordered (Butter Chicken and Chicken Bahar) tasted exactly the same, with no difference in quality or flavor apart from the names. The biryani was served while we were still placing our bread order, and the staff kept insisting on early delivery, which affected the overall dining experience. Most disappointing was the hygiene. The hand-wash area and washrooms were in extremely poor condition, with a strong unpleasant smell far below acceptable standards. Overall, this visit did not meet the quality we once associated with Lunch Box. Unfortunately, this will be our last visit. Price per person: SAR 200+ Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
