Una serie de clientes se han dado cuenta de que en este establecimiento el personal es bueno. Descansar y comer aquí es siempre un placer, principalmente por su abnegado servicio. Una vez dentro, su atmósfera esta cuidada. Pero un gran número de usuarios que usan Google no le otorgaron a este restaurante una nota muy alta.

The view is nice, probably the best in Basrah, but the service was rally bad it ruined the experience. Shisha and food delayed, tea wasn’t served although we asked 3 times. Asking anything additional to the meal was ignored. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: IQD 25–30K Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Rating: The view is stunning, but the service is terrible and awful. Orders take ages, shisha is delayed, and we had to ask three times for Iraqi tea, only to be told it was finished. Beautiful spot, but the poor service ruins the experience. If the management improves the service, this could easily become one of the best spots in Basra.
