Una experiencia increíble! El ambiente es muy agradable y la comida estuvo espectacular. Pedimos las hamburguesas y las patatas fritas (se ven en la foto) y estaban riquísimas. La hamburguesa con el pan de semillas estaba jugosa y las patatas muy crujientes. ¡Definitivamente volveré y lo recomiendo al 100%!". Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The first time I had Munchease was years ago but it was a great experience.. today though? horrible. This is the first time I ever post a restaurant review but I felt like this needed to be said. 1. I ordered diet pepsi, they got regular. 2. I ordered 2 kids meals with 2 juice boxes, I only got one juice box. 3. I ordered the mushroom burger which I remember used to be delicious. This was probably the worst mushroom burger I have ever had. The burger meat was so dry I suspect it was frozen and immediately thrown on the grill. If I'm paying 15$ for a burger, I expect the meat to be fresh and not dry with an odd texture. The mushrooms were not cooked well AT ALL and there was barely any sauce??!! Fire the cook. 4. The baked potato... oh boy. I got the mushroom and gravy one and the street one. I actually liked the gravy sauce but the potato itself was SO DRY. This means they either microwaved it or they just never bothered to oil or butter it and mash it up a bit. They baked it, cut it open, threw some cheese and sauce on top and called it a day. This was just so lazy. The Cheddar sauce on the street baked potato was horrid.. just so artificial tasting. Again, I am paying money for food I can't always eat at home, so this was ridiculous. I could have paid a fraction of the price and actually had a decent meal. 5. the fries were soggy and unseasoned. run of the mill frozen fries I'm sure. Probably never ordering or eating from there again. When I pay almost $ 70 for food, I expect to at least enjoy it not struggle to finish it. Meal type: Lunch

Our meat is fresh and daily prepared inhouse and its unusual to have any comment on the beef patty! The fries are frozen yes, Belgium imported fries best quality in market! It must be a mistake from the cook (overcooked beef) and we are so sorry for this and it falls far below the standards we aim to provide. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been, especially given the amount you paid and your previous positive experience with us. Your comments regarding food quality, and overall experience is being taken very seriously and have been shared directly with our management and kitchen teams for immediate review and corrective action. We truly value the trust of our guests, and we are very sorry that we let you down this time. Hoping it's a 1 time incident! We would appreciate the opportunity to make this right and restore your confidence in us.
