Ive been recommending this place to sooo many and I am still going to! Pricy but worth every euros!!! Trust meeee!! The best ever burger we have ever had! Tried Nob Burger in Athens and went for two options: the Double Cheeseburger and the Double Wagyu Beef Burger with Truffle Mayonnaise. The Double Cheeseburger stood out more for me — the flavor of the meat was more satisfying and well-balanced. Both patties were perfectly smashed, giving that ideal crispy edge and juicy center. The wagyu burger was good too, but the truffle mayo was too subtle; I’d personally prefer a stronger truffle flavor to really bring it to life. The potato bun was a highlight — super soft and fresh, it held everything together nicely without overpowering the fillings. Only downside is a bit expensive. Overall, it was a solid burger experience: well-made, thoughtful components, and good technique. But while everything was tasty and well-executed, it didn’t quite reach “mind-blowing” territory. Still worth a try if you’re into smashed-style burgers. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
