Probamos el menú de degustación y sinceramente no podría elegir que platillo fue mi favorito. Tuvieron algún tema en cocina que hizo que el tiempo de espera fuera más de lo habitual, pero fueron muy gentiles y compensaron la demora. Está lejos de la zona turística pero vale la pena desviarse ya que la comida y el ambiente son geniales. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $50–60

RASA is an exceptional restaurant where you can taste the intention behind each dish. I've been here for both the tasting as well as the regular menu. Each dish has a thoughtful combination of taste, texture and presentation. The staff is present and attentive each time I've been. This is the place to go with friends for tapas-style meals. For a table of 4-5, expect to order 6-8 dishes. The must-try is the chickpea salad. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $40–50
