The restaurant itself is beautifully designed, and the terrace has a great atmosphere. Everything we ate and drank was delicious, and we initially had a very positive impression. However, our overall experience was overshadowed by a serious issue regarding the deposit payment. We were a group of only 10 people celebrating a special occasion, and the restaurant required a deposit in advance. Although this is not a very common practice in Istanbul for a group of our size, we paid a substantial amount ahead of time. At the end of the evening, we were informed that due to a technical issue, the deposit could not be deducted from our bill. We were told that if we did not pay the full amount again, there would be a discrepancy in their cash register at the end of the day. While this should not have been our responsibility, we chose to be solution-oriented and agreed to pay the full bill, with the understanding that the deposit would be refunded the next day. Unfortunately, no refund was made the following day, and nobody contacted us. We have had to spend additional time and effort chasing our own money. The food and atmosphere were excellent, but the way this situation was handled was frustrating, exhausting, and far below the level of service we expected. For that reason, I cannot recommend this place. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₺2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I was expecting a bit more enthusiasm reflected on food. The vegetables were just plane and some were not even prepared/cooked properly that it was hard to cut and chew the greens. The restaurant seems to spend more effort and money to the looks rather than the food. Price per person: ₺2,000+ Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The food was amazing, service was impeccable - I’d like to thank our waiter Hasan for the top notch service, and the atmosphere was just pure class. You have to check out the rooftop, they do an amazing negroni and the viewprobably the one of the views in town. Price per person: ₺2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
