The food is amazing! However FIXED YOUR WEBSITE!!!! It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to order and the site crash every time you click something!!! It’s every time I want to order! And it’s not like you can call to place an order! I know I’m not the only one who struggles with the website! I’m sure a lot of people give up on trying to order cause it doesn’t work!

Menu is good and the staff friendly -- BUT -- the ordering process is none of the above. It is designed to be human-free and if you go in person to order a dish from the online menu (that you were unable to order online or by phone), the staff have no idea how to prepare it. It all works out in the end -- because human interaction is inventive, productive, innately people friendly. Business model: not sustainable nor human friendly.

I love sweetgreen. But I wish you would deliver to Hyde Park! B.good is also at Legacy Place and they deliver to my house. Please consider delivering to Hyde Park. I'm about 20 minutes away from Legacy Place!
