I will not believe that Tottori has a better restaurant than this. Small menu and you will run into dishes that are sold out, but its basically irrelevant what you get - it will be a masterpiece. This Chef is otherwordly. Probably one of the best places you can eat in in Japan. Price per person: ¥5,000–6,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food took a while to get to our table and some choices was sold out for the day, so we had to reorder some dishes. We took notice that everyone in the room arrived at the same time, and the chef cook most food from scratch. So that explained the waiting time. And to be fair Exellence takes time and focus and the effort the chef must have put into our food. The flavours was truly amazing. The spareribs in the picture was out of this world delicious. One of a kind place if you have time don’t miss out on this restaurant this chef is a master Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
