Lovely, quiet wine bar in Daikanyama serving natural wines and small plates. Punches above its weight in food and service despite only two staff members and a tiny kitchen. Very kind waitress spoke little English, and we speak little Japanese, but despite this we were able to order a delicious meal and great wines with the waitress’s recommendation, and left feeling satisfied. We had such an incredible experience at toco! The server and chef were soooo kind and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend the eggplant dish! Everything was delicious and I loved the suggested drink pairings.
